I have been engaged in the general practice of law for over thirty five years and take pride in providing full and complete client satisfaction. I've practiced civil and commercial transactions and litigation, commercial and residential real estate transactions, closings, and related mortgage and financing, business, personal, and family matters, as well as estates, will, trusts and estate planning. I am thankful for the experience and the opportunity to pass on what I have learned to new clients.

Prior to relocating to Florida in 2005 I devoted a portion of my previous practice to municipal and government law having represented municipalities and municipal boards in matters related to zoning, planning, and development.

Since relocating to Florida, I have been Counsel to a Title Agency and worked as a staff transactional attorney with a national real estate developer until opening my private practice in Sarasota. I am presently licensed in good standing with both the New York and Florida bars and take a great deal of pride in providing legal counsel to my New York clients as well as residents of Southwest Florida. Recognizing present economic issues, I maintain modest overhead costs so that I can continue a reasonable and fair fee schedule while respecting your legal rights and rights of others. I will stridently advocate justice on your behalf.

Guardianship / Elder Law / Estate Planning

I have dedicated the last number of years assisting the elderly in providing counsel to protect the rights of family members under state ordered guardianships; and rendering further counsel in preparing wills, trusts, durable power of attorneys and health care proxy's.

I have a network of fellow attorneys in southwest Florida and occasionally refer clients when matters require specialized legal expertise.
